Jenny was born and raised in Vietnam. Her family migrated to the US when she was 15 years old. Jenny grew up in Simi Valley and attended California State University of Northridge, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems. Jenny moved to Orange County after graduating CSUN and started working in the Mortgage industry for different lenders until she secured her Real Estate/Mortgage license in 2006.
In 2009, Jenny established her own brokerage firm, Vision Financial. She has served clients with surpassing integrity, earning much trust where she receives referrals, and even business of colleagues in the industry with their personal real estate sales and finance needs.
In 2018, Jenny has partnered up with Blaine for Real Estate and Mortgage. Together, Jenny and Blaine re branded Vision Financial to LoanRx for Mortgage and built a Real Estate team called LIST. Jenny specializes in all aspects of Residential Real Estate. Whether you are looking to buy, sell, or refinance, she can help. #togetherwewin
Jenny is fluent in Vietnamese and English. She has a teenage daughter named Sadie, and has a remarkable passion for health and fitness. Jenny also enjoys cooking, traveling, volunteering, pool time, and spending time with her fur babies, family, and friends.

Blaine cut his teeth and entered into the mortgage industry as a Licensed Loan Officer with one of the nations top Direct Lenders and hasn't looked back since. Learning how much of an impact one person can make by helping people qualify for a home opened his his mind up to many more opportunities. Blaine decided to take things one step further and become a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Meeting his partner Jenny, they chose to branch off onto their own and create 2 new brands in LIST and LoanRx and made magic happen. Since then, this tag team duo has been nothing more than extraordinary!
Blaine has a teenage son named Louis and loves his family #1. He truly believes that health and fitness go hand in hand in life. Blaine enjoys cooking, watching and participating in combat sports, meeting new people, and he loves the out doors! #togetherwewin
